RF AMPLIFIER & UP-DOWN CONVERTER

Gigawave system designs RF Upconverters and Downconverters for satellite, radar applications, 5G, and telemetry applications. The unit can work in multi-channels and RF power control. The product can be configured to operate in a wide range of frequencies from Ku to K band based on customers' applications with customized packaging. Excellent frequency stability and phase noise with narrow tuning steps provide high standard specifications for the proposed BUC (Block Up-Converter) and BDC (Block Down-Converter).

Gigawave’s low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) are based on GaAs PHEMT MMIC technology, operating within the 6 GHz to 40 GHz frequency range. These amplifiers are ideal for applications that require minimal noise in the X, K, and Ka bands. The coaxial LNA delivers a saturated output power ranging from 2 dBm to 25 dBm, while providing a small signal gain of 20 dB to 50 dB, with excellent ±1 dB gain flatness. Designed to operate with a single positive DC power supply, these LNAs are unconditionally stable over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
